Job Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory Specialist / Returns Coordinator to manage inventory tracking, returns, and exchanges for our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately counting inventory, processing returns, and maintaining an organized, efficient system for product movement in and out. The role will work closely with our whole team – sales people, production managers and some customers.  This role requires excellent communication skills , attention to detail , and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment .

Key Responsibilities :

Inventory Management :

Track and accurately maintain shipments coming in and out of the office

Keep track of customer owned goods for their promotional programs. Conduct regular physical inventory counts and keep customers informed on their inventory.

• Organize and label shipments to prepare them for decoration
• Returns and Exchanges :

Process returns and exchanges efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and system updates.

Communicate with internal team to resolve any issues related to returns or exchanges.

Organization & Communication :

Maintain clean and organized inventory storage areas.

Provide accurate and timely updates to sales reps on order status if discrepancies appear

Communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, and customers regarding inventory and returns status.

• Track missing orders and communicate status to the team.
• Administrative Duties :
• Record and process shipments in the company’s software system.

Prepare tags for incoming shipments

Qualifications :

• High school diploma

Proven experience in inventory management, returns processing, or a similar role.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fast learner

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft office programs

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Hard working and committed to your success and ours.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to lift and carry items up to 40 lbs.
• Standing, walking, and manual handling of inventory for up to 8 hrs. a day

You are rock star status if you have :

• Retail inventory experience
• Promotional Product experience
• Familiarity with Quickbooks
• Familiarity with Trello
