    • In your role as a Physical Therapy Specialist, you will :

  • Provide both direct and indirect patient services in acute care, inpatient, and outpatient rehabilitation settings
  • Conduct evaluations, develop individualized care plans, and deliver treatments for patients facing physical impairments
  • Utilize process improvement strategies to align with the goals of the Rehabilitation Department
  • Supervise Physical Therapists, assistants, and interns while fostering a positive team environment
  • Document evaluations and treatments accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with standards and guidelines

    • Your contributions will also include :

  • Engaging with patients and families on education for continued care and wellness
  • Participating in departmental operations and performance improvement initiatives
  • Upholding organization’s mission and values by providing patient-centered care

    • Qualifications :

  • Doctorate in relevant field
  • Current Physical Therapist (PT) license required
  • Basic Life Support (CPR certification) required
