Supervisor-Hospitality

Crothall Laundry Services is a leader in hospital and hospitality laundry processing services around the country. SUMMARY :

To ensure departmental efficiencies in a safe working environment and that orders to the customers are filled & delivered as accurately and efficiently as possible.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Prepare work schedules for production employees in assigned department

• Provide daily work assignments
• Monitor and insure productivity records are posted. Counsel / coach / corrective action for employees as necessary.
• Monitor and report / record daily fill rates
• Position requires not only supervisory responsibilities but production work as well.
• Inform manager of any problematic situations related to laundry operations. Communicate with customer both verbally and in written form.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Must be able to successfully lead a team

COMPUTER SKILLS :

Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
