A company is looking for a Head of AI Automation (Hands-On IC).

Key Responsibilities

Own the technical strategy and execution for the enterprise-wide agentic AI platform

Architect and build scalable agentic systems and maintain the internal Agent Blueprint

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategy with company objectives

Required Qualifications

Proven experience building and scaling agentic AI systems in production

Deep experience with GCP and Vertex AI

Strong Python engineering background and hands-on DevOps understanding

Expertise in LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases

Experience as a senior individual contributor with ownership of major initiatives
