Key Responsibilities
Design and manage learning and education programs, including onboarding and training
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create utilization reports and customer insights
Develop and execute scaled communication programs for customer engagement
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Program Management, or related SaaS roles
Proven experience in building scaled programs such as LMS and onboarding
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
Excellent project management and organizational abilities
