What Youll Do

Build full-stack features using TypeScript (React / Next.js) and Python (FastAPI / Django)
Develop scalable APIs and backend services powering AI-driven decision systems
Productionise machine learning models into real-world workflows
Optimise performance, reliability, and system efficiency
Ship quickly in a collaborative, high-accountability engineering culture

What Were Looking For

Final-year or recent CS graduates from top-ranked global universities

Strong fundamentals : algorithms, data structures, distributed systems

Hands-on experience in Python and / or TypeScript from internships or advanced projects

Evidence of excellence : open-source, research, hackathons, impactful university work

Curious, ambitious engineers who want to solve hard problems at scale

Ability to work onsite in Denver at least 3 days / week
