A company is looking for a VP of Corporate Development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end processes of strategic acquisitions and divestitures, including due diligence and contract negotiations
Manage the M&A pipeline and develop business cases and financial models for executive review
Coordinate cross-functional teams and build relationships with external parties such as investment banks and M&A advisors
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience in Strategy, Financing, Investment Banking, or a relevant business role
3-5 years of Corporate Development experience and SaaS experience required
Extensive experience with financial modeling and valuation analysis
Proven track record of transaction execution through all stages of the deal process
Ability to navigate diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership and the board
