Director of Volunteer Services

The Director of Volunteer Services sets the vision and provides leadership for all volunteer and in-kind donation programs. This role ensures these initiatives are strategically aligned with Win's goals, well-structured to support growth, and responsive to the evolving needs of families and staff. The Director cultivates relationships across individuals, corporations, nonprofits, schools, and community groups, building strong engagement that can lead to advocacy and philanthropic support. Within Win, the Director serves as the lead advisor on volunteerism and in-kind giving for senior management and the Board.
