The Anderson School is looking for a vocal teacher for a Wednesday - Friday afternoon lesson schedule.  Availability to cover on Monday and Tuesday a plus.

Our ideal candidate has a degree in music with an emphasis in vocal performance or pedagogy and at least two years of teaching experience.  We will consider current music majors for this role.  We are looking for candidates who have a solid foundation in the instrument they teach.  You must be able to teach beginners, as young as seven, to adult.  It is critical that our teachers instill a love for music in their students in our quest to build a generation of lifelong musicians.  Ideally you live in the South Bay.

All lessons are taught in person at our Los Gatos location. Punctuality and attendance are extremely important. Starting pay for a teacher with a music degree and experience is $40 per hour with a potential raise after a 90-day assessment period.

Wednesday 2 : 30-7 : 00pm

Thursday 3 : 00-8 : 00pm

Friday 3 : 00-7 : 00pm

This is a brand new position.  We have some new interest from prospective vocal students.  We would start with one afternoon and grow from there as we fill your schedule as fast as humanly possible.
