Role Description

This is a contract position for a QA / QC (Quality Assurance / Quality Control) Manager based on-site in Atlanta, GA. The QA / QC Manager will oversee quality assurance processes, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify areas for process improvement.
  • Maintain documentation of quality checks.
  • Implement quality control plans.
  • Liaise with project managers and key team members to ensure quality objectives are met.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes, including conducting inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Experience in documenting quality control processes, preparing reports, and implementing quality control plans.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes, with the ability to recognize deviations and suggest actionable solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in Quality Management or Construction Standards are a plus.
  • Previous experience in quality management within the construction industry is highly desirable.
