If you join our team, you'll enjoy the following responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care to clients who have substance abuse and co-occurring needs; help facilitate our clients' improvement and recovery.
• Conduct ongoing assessments as determined by each patient's condition and reprioritize care accordingly.
• Administer medications as ordered by physician with proper documentation.
• Perform TB tests and draw blood as needed.
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions as established by individualized plan of care for each patient and his / her family.
• Document patient assessment findings, behavioral / psychosocial responses to nursing intervention and progress towards problem resolution.
• Initiate emergency resuscitative measures according to resuscitation protocols, if needed.
• Provide care in a non-judgmental, non-discriminatory manner that is sensitive to dignity and rights.
• Report patients' conditions to appropriate personnel during each shift and shift change.
