Key Responsibilities
Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and / or bodily injury
Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service
Engage in negotiation processes to reach fair injury settlements with all parties involved
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in claims investigation and resolution
Knowledge of liability assessment and negotiation processes
Ability to work remotely and manage responsibilities independently
Familiarity with customer service best practices
Understanding of the automobile restoration process
