Position Summary :

The MTT Systems Infrastructure team is a part of Global Operations and has responsibility for the design development and support of custom and configured product manufacturing software systems. As a Software Engineer you will develop software-based solutions to manufacturing challenges. You will work with R&D Quality Manufacturing Contract Manufacturers and other engineering groups to develop software solutions for new product manufacture and sustain and improve software systems for existing products.

You will join a dynamic fast-paced organization supporting new product development teams as well as sustaining operations. You will be adept at balancing multiple project priorities and will be able to demonstrate leadership and agility through technical and organizational change.

Responsibilities :

• Develop software to control and or monitor manufacturing machines systems and quality assurance equipment.
• Review and document code according to industry best practices.
• Utilize defect tracking and version control tools as an integral part of the software life cycle development process.
• Work cross functionally with R&D Manufacturing and Quality to develop software-based solutions for manufacturing new products and improve the manufacture of existing products.
• Troubleshoot production software issues and implement fixes.
• Develop tools to assist in the manual production and assembly of our products.
• Manage software build systems automation and workflows for manufacturing system software and tool release and deployment.

Education :

B.S. / M.S. in Computer Science Computer Engineering Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

The estimated base salary range for the Software Engineer role based in the United States of America is : $105600 - $158400. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including but not limited to an individuals qualifications location where the role is to be performed internal equity and alignment with market data. Additionally all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
