Regan Associates, Chartered is seeking a trial lawyer to join its legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping people. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years of trial experience in Massachusetts District and Superior courts. In-court experience in family law or criminal law is required.

This position has absolutely no requirement of generating additional clients / business. Applicants must be motivated self-starters who are comfortable working independently.

The attorney will have the option to work out of the Stoughton office or the Firm's downtown Boston office location. The attorneys may work remotely as needed; however, this position requires lawyers to be in court several days a week, so fully remote work is not an option.

A candidate must have a license to practice law in Massachusetts and be in good standing. Compensation will depend on relevant experience and knowledge.
