Leasing Consultant (30229)

• Greet and tour prospective residents.
• Promote available units and amenities via online platforms signage and outreach.
• Explain lease terms application requirements and pricing.
• Processes and maintains accurate resident files
• Works closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed
• Processes re-certifications renewals and assists with retention efforts
• Understand and communicate lease provisions and community policies to new and current residents.
• Assists applicant with the application process
• Creates and updates waitlist
• Completes any daily weekly or monthly reports assigned by Property Manager
• Ensuring resident satisfaction through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections with residents

Qualifications :

• Knowledge of Property Management software: Yardi - Preferred
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience - Preferred
• Excellent customer service: someone who can navigate all types of situations
• Attention to detail
• Understands and complies with state landlord-tenant law Fair Housing laws and Cal-OSHA
• Knowledge of Excel Word Document and Outlook
• Works well under pressure and maintains a positive friendly attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels

Bedford Oaks - 136 units

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
