Key Responsibilities

Influences senior leaders and contributes to strategic direction and continuous improvement

Develops consultative partnerships to analyze business issues and implement solutions

Leads special projects and serves as a continuous improvement expert across the organization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

8+ years of total relevant work experience

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification or equivalent experience

Project Management and Change Management Certification preferred

Advanced Agile Certification or equivalent experience
