Direct Collaboration : Work closely with leadership on complex, rewarding tax planning and advisory engagements. Career Growth Without Burnout : Gain deep exposure to diverse clients and complex matters — all without the red tape of a large firm. Manage and prepare business and individual tax returns (S-corps, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals). Lead proactive tax planning and identify strategic savings opportunities for clients. Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and deep understanding of their goals. Collaborate directly with firm leadership on advisory engagements and practice development. Use modern tax software and cloud tools to work efficiently — no micromanagement, just accountability and freedom. 2+ years of professional experience in public accounting or tax advisory. Some background in small business and individual tax preparation - WE CAN TEACH YOU. Excellent communicator who thrives in an independent, client-centric setting. Someone who’s motivated, self-directed, and entrepreneurial. CPA or EA is a plus, BUT NOT REQUIRED Flexibility and balance without sacrificing compensation A direct relationship with clients — not layers of management A voice in firm decisions and strategy The potential to earn equity and eventually lead the practice
