Key Responsibilities
Triage and resolve incoming support calls and trouble tickets
Debug and research root causes using log files and system data
Document issues and collaborate with developers for future fixes
Required Qualifications
2-3+ years in software troubleshooting / debugging
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk)
Knowledge of VMware, SQL databases, and moderate query writing
Familiarity with Postman and relational database systems
