A company is looking for a Manager, Sales who will oversee revenue generation and manage a team of inside sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet departmental quotas
Conduct performance assessments and provide coaching for inside sales representatives
Manage sales forecasting and KPI reporting to track team performance
Required Qualifications
Experience managing an inside sales team of 7-10 representatives
3+ years of experience leading a quota-carrying sales team
Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office Suite
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Insurance and / or Technology
Strong sales development and training skills, particularly in Solution Selling methodology
