Compensation & Benefits

Starting base salary ranges from $160,000 to $180,000, complemented by a lucrative (No Deficit Carryover) Production Plan, bi-weekly Medical Director stipend, and attractive Sign-On and Relocation Bonuses. Our benefits include health insurance (vision, medical, dental, HSA / FSA), life and disability insurance, 401K with company contribution, PTO, generous CE allowance, membership dues and license fee reimbursements, and more.
