Gutter Specialist

This is the entry point into a skilled trade career with The Brothers That Just Do Gutters. No experience required we'll train you.

What you'll do :

  • Carry / lift materials, set up jobs, and keep worksites safe and clean
  • Learn ladder safety, PPE, and basic tool use
  • Put out the company yard sign at every job
  • Call the client 1530 minutes before arrival using the company phone script

What we're looking for :

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
  • Reliability and strong work ethic
  • Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license

    • Growth path :

    Show proficiency in sign placement + arrival onetime, arrival calls to advance to Apprentice Level 1. Every level mastered = pay raise + new title.

    Compensation : $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
