The Trust and Safety Solutions Learning and Enablement team's mission is to enable high-quality enforcement with a reliable, accessible knowledge ecosystem built on collaboration, expertise, and a focus on the learner. We partner with teams in Trust and Safety to scope, build, evaluate, and maintain knowledge used to enable content moderators, analysts, and product and engineering teams to understand how to deliver trusted and safe experiences to all of Google's users. In this role, you will lead a team of Curriculum Managers and the enablement strategy for Trust and Safety review operations across multiple Google product areas.
