Chandler Behavioral Health, a leading provider in mental health services, is looking for dedicated Crisis Responders to join our dynamic team! As a counselor, you will be at the forefront of providing immediate, life-changing support in mobile crisis, and crisis stabilization.

Were hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP) for our Mental Health Services division, with a focus on Mobile Crisis Response, and Community Stabilization. These short-term interventions play a pivotal role in stabilizing individuals during a mental health crisis and connecting them to long-term support. Candidate must possess themandated state mobile crisis training certificate.

What youll do :

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals in crisis, helping them regain stability and continue their journey toward recovery.
• Lead de-escalation techniques and engage in impactful, compassionate communication.
• Work within individualized service plans to provide therapeutic interventions tailored to the persons needs.
