In the area of Project Management, the position leads a focused global function or a regional business function through balancing strategic and tactical considerations. Functional or business tactics need to be defined, while considering and anticipating the underlying strategic requirements, but also its limitations. Positions at this level define function- or business-specific strategies, policies and guidelines, globally or regionally valid for the assigned area.

The Head of Global Professional Services will lead the strategic direction, delivery, and execution of professional services across the organization. This individual will work closely with regional teams to establish and implement best practices, partner with education and applications teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and oversee large-scale engagements to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). This position will serve as a key leader in driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and organizational growth.
