A company is looking for an Order Management Specialist (West Coast).
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison for the Field Sales team regarding opportunity booking and subscription management
Manage opportunity bookings and documentation, ensuring accuracy and resolving errors promptly
Perform reconciliations and maintain alignment between Salesforce and Netsuite
Required Qualifications
Familiarity with the Enterprise SaaS / B2B industry and experience in Order Management or Finance Operations preferred
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Basic understanding of revenue recognition rules
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Proficiency in NetSuite and Salesforce, with basic knowledge of a CPQ tool
