ASAP - Ongoing

Supervision model but MD's perform epidurals 1 : 4 MD ratio

16 FTE total program

8 OR's & 2 Endo

Case mix : GS, Endo, OB, Gyn, Pod, Uro, ENT, Ortho, Ortho-totals, NO hearts, No Heads, No Peds, MD's do Epidurals

CRNA's can do epidurals and OB - its optional

CRNA's are not required to do spinal or regional blocks - optional

Shift : M-F, 7-3p

Call is 3p-7a, and 24hr weekend call

On call - 1 MD and 1 CRNA on call nights and weekends (not in house)
