Role Overview
Location : Oxford, NY
Part-time 2 day / week schedule Tuesdays and Thursdays
Post-acute care inpatient setting
What You'll Do
Deliver comprehensive primary care
Manage acute and chronic conditions
Develop personalized care plans
Integrate and work closely with the IDT
Partner and work collaboratively with TeamHealth physician
What we are Looking for
Experienced clinicians
FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA
Active New York NP / PA license
Active DEA
Compensation
Our compensation is a productivity-based model (fee for service); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $49,096 to $58,917 annually with the opportunity to earn incentives.
