This position is for a full-time Resident Manager I with housing to work at Lexington Gardens, a family affordable housing property in West Hollywood, CA. This is a project based voucher PSH property. Qualified Candidates will have 1+ year of affordable housing property management experience. Yardi Voyager Experience a plus. Candidates should have patience and empathy when dealing with residents. Must have clear, respectful and consistent communication skills. Must be able to balance compassion and firm adherence to house rules and regulations. Salary range : $23.75 -$42.65per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $23.75 - $33.20 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.

The Resident Manager I is directly responsible for managing the site to ensure effective fiscal, physical and social soundness. The Resident Manager oversees the day to day operations of the property including administrative, facilities and marketing.

Responsibilities :

• Collects Rent, Makes Bank Deposits
• Prepares and Submits Rent Roll, Verifies Income Complies with HUD, TCAC or other regulations
• Maintains Waiting List, Prepares and Processes Leases
• Supervises on-site Staff Processes Evictions, Conducts Annual Inspections and Coordinates Repairs For HUD Properties, submits Vouchers

Qualifications :

EAH Housing conducts criminal background checks on all candidates who have received a conditional job offer.
