We are looking for an AI Solutions Architect who will play a key role in transforming how we deliver services, manage projects, and engage with customers. This position is designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, process, and business outcomes - using AI and data-driven tools to streamline operations, boost accuracy, and create value across the organization. This role will report to the VP of Services and is located at our HQ in Plano, TX.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :

As the AI Productivity Leader, you will :

• Optimize Quotation & Accuracy

Develop labor and cost estimates from project scopes and site conditions.

Leverage AI to improve back-office efficiency across resource assignment, invoicing, and material escalation.

Mine technical support databases to provide faster, more accurate solutions for customers and sales teams.

Create engaging training content for technical and non-technical audiences.

Improve and verify revenue forecasting models.

Apply data analytics for preventative and predictive maintenance of critical power systems.
