Project Manager
An established, family-oriented general contractor with 25+ years of experience delivering high-quality projects across Indiana and the U.S. The firm combines a strong, long-standing reputation with progressive, collaborative leadership and an open-door culture. Their work is primarily Indiana-based, with projects ranging from $2M-$60M, spanning a diverse and stable portfolio that includes commercial and corporate facilities, light industrial and manufacturing, healthcare and institutional projects, retail and office space, as well as tenant improvements, interior renovations, and ground-up construction.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Executives with day-to-day project execution
- Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and change order management
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and document control
- Support scheduling and procurement activities
- Participate in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings
- Help ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance on site
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors and internal teams

The Successful Applicant
The Project Manager will have:
- 2-6 years of experience in construction project management
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience on commercial, retail, healthcare, or interior projects
- Familiarity with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project (or similar)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- A team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow
