Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join a high-performing, patient-centered private practice in the rapidly growing West Valley of Phoenix, Arizona . With a strong referral network, robust surgical volume, and comprehensive support services, this is an exceptional opportunity to step into a well-balanced, high-impact role

Practice Highlights

• Full-time schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
• Practice Mix :
• 60% Outpatient
• 30% Inpatient
• 10% Rounding
• Call : 1 : 4 shared rotation
• Patient Volume :
• ~40 patients per clinic day
• 8–10 surgical procedures per week
• Technology :
• Access to Da Vinci® Robotic Surgery system
