We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a well-respected critical access hospital working in a rural health clinic setting Mon-Fri 800am-5:00pm with no weekends. The Provider would work independently with collaborative physician support and see an estimated 18-20 patients per day. The primary care provider would see a diverse patient population and treat routine, acute and chronic illnesses and minor injuries as well as the potential to cover the ER if interested. The Provider must relocate to the community as the CEO feels it is very important for the Provider to be an integral part of the community they serve. The Provider would enjoy working in a rural community with access to a larger community (Lubbock, Texas) within close proximity. The Nurse Practitioner would enjoy a competitive starting base salary of $110,000-$120,000 per year with a full benefits package including Medical Dental and 401K with match, generous PTO CME, CME Allowance and all dues, fees and licensure paid for as well.
Additionally, the Provider would be able to apply for loan repayment through either the NHSC or Nursing Corp program as this is a designated HPSA for primary care. The Provider would be eligible to receive up to $25,000 per year paid directly to the candidates federally qualified student loans minimum of a two year commitment required or up to 60% of their loans paid though the Nursing Corp program. This requires a separate application as it is a Federally sponsored program.
