Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the Partner Success team while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex partner integrations and serve as the primary escalation point for partner or technical issues
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, identifying opportunities to improve workflows and systems
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technical implementations or partner success within SaaS, with 3+ years in a leadership role
Deep expertise with API integrations, technical troubleshooting, and system workflows
Strong program and project management capabilities
Demonstrated experience in building and scaling operational processes
Proficiency with CRM, ticketing, and collaboration tools
