Key Responsibilities
Utilize the DRP tool to validate client account debit and credit history
Review AWD to confirm transaction history and validate contributions
Contact clients and representatives to verify account information and requests
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in customer service or fraud prevention
Knowledge of customer support systems and applications
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Understanding of problem-solving techniques and tools
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting established targets
