Job Description

Our client, a Luxury Fashion Brand, is looking for Seasonal  Sales Support  to assist their boutique staff in Westchester, New York!  You must be able to work full-time hours through the holiday season / weekends are required.

Responsibilities :

  • Welcome all clients and manage traffic flow
  • Support the achievement of overall sales objectives
  • Support boutique team with client servicing (gift wrapping, catering clients, sales processing)
  • Maintain / organize the stock room
  • Replenish the sales floor as needed
  • Support client advisors with managing appointments
  • Assist with shipping orders & receiving new merchandise
  • Support boutique team to maintain aesthetic standards of the boutique
  • Support the team with daily operational tasks as needed

Qualifications :

  • Experience in retail sales required, high-end luxury preferred
  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays & standard retail hours
  • Strong understanding of customer service needs and customer priorities
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Fluency in English, additional language skills a plus
