Business Systems Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst 1 to assist in providing systems support for business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in defining system scope and objectives through research and analysis

Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and revise system logic under supervision

Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose solutions for application enhancements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office tools

Basic SQL knowledge is preferred

Prior experience in data analysis or business systems analysis is a plus
