Information Entry Clerk

Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working with data? Join our team as an Information Entry Clerk, where accuracy and efficiency are key to supporting our daily operations. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or from our office, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in organized environments and want to contribute to a dynamic team. As an Information Entry Clerk, you will play a vital part in maintaining the integrity of our data systems, ensuring information is entered promptly and correctly to support business decisions and workflows.

Key Objectives :

  • Accurately input and update various types of data into company databases and systems.
  • Maintain data integrity by verifying information and identifying discrepancies.
  • Support team members by providing timely and organized data reports as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvements to increase data entry efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities :

  • Enter data from various sources into designated databases with high accuracy.
  • Review and verify data for completeness and correctness before submission.
  • Update and maintain records, ensuring they are current and consistent.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Assist with generating reports and summaries based on entered data.
  • Follow company policies and procedures related to data security and confidentiality.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data entry progress and issues.

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and comfortable learning new software.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace if working remotely.
