• Services Available Onsite : - Stress Echo, DOBUTamine Stress Echo - Cardiolite Treadmill Stress Test, Lexiscan Cardiolite Stress Test, Treadmill EKG Stress Test - EKG, Transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE) - Cardiac Catheterization, Vascular Testing, Cardiac Rehabilitation - Nuclear Medicine, Emergency Cardiac Care
• Other Info : - Manage vascular conditions with medical therapy, lifestyle modification, and non-surgical interventions

Requirements :

Active OH License or willing to obtain

BC / BE (If BE, within 5 years of residency)

DEA (must be obtained prior to start)

Base Salary

Group goals focused on quality, operations and productivity and determined by Division Director

Potential to earn annual bonus up to $75K based on scorecard metrics to be established by the Division director at OSUWMC

One-time signing bonus of $50,000

Relocation stipend up to $15,000

176 hours of vacation time per year with a 240-hour carryover limit

120 hours of sick time accrued annually
