As a Front Desk Supervisor, you'll help lead the heartbeat of the hotel. You'll oversee front desk operations, support our Front Desk Agents, and ensure each guest receives a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience - from check-in to check-out. Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise, train, and support front desk staff during shifts
• Ensure all check-in / check-out procedures are completed accurately and efficiently
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Resolve escalated issues and ensure guest satisfaction
• Monitor front desk operations to maintain service standards
• Assist with scheduling, performance feedback, and team development
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and financial transactions
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to resolve guest issues and enhance guest experiences
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the front desk area
