We are a lender/servicer, who works with loan originators, brokers, and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough post-closing reviews of mortgage loan files to ensure compliance with regulatory, investor, and company standards
• Accurately identify, document, and categorize any discrepancies or defects found during the audit process
• Adhere to established auditing guidelines, investor requirements, and internal policies
• Consistently meet productivity and quality benchmarks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Basic Qualifications:

• Proven experience with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Windows and Encompass (Encompass preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Specific Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of auditing experience preferred
• Familiarity with FHA, VA, and USDA loan programs is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, inconsistencies, and root causes in loan file data
• Strong understanding of mortgage loan documents, compliance regulations, and post-closing procedures
