Fundraising & Donor Relations
The position, under the direction of the Assistant Community Relations & Development Secretary, is responsible for designing online, in-person, and virtual training for volunteers and staff working with volunteers, upholding volunteer policies, establishing procedures following best practices in the field of volunteerism, developing resources, and supporting divisions with systems and programming as needed. This role includes serving as a technical expert responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Golden software product to meet our Territorial needs.

This job is performed in a normal office environment where there are little or no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, chemicals, extreme temperatures, or hazardous conditions.
What We Are Looking For In You :
Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Organizational Management, Health and Human Services, or similar field preferred, and a minimum of five years of experience in volunteer management, training, and speaking before large groups is required. Any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Valid Driver's License.
