Service Advisor

Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor

Compensation: $4,300 + monthly (Commission + Bonuses)

Job Summary:

Bell Ford is seeking a highly experienced Service Advisor to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry, be customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our service customers—ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, transparency, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and schedule service appointments
• Communicate clearly about repairs, services, and timelines
• Provide accurate repair estimates and gain customer approval
• Collaborate with technicians to manage vehicle workflow
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely service updates
• Maintain detailed and accurate service records
• Uphold Bell Ford's commitment to quality and professionalism

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Service Advisor experience at a domestic dealership
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds software is a plus
• Valid AZ driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume setting
