Compensation : $4,300 + monthly (Commission + Bonuses)
Job Summary :
Bell Ford is seeking a highly experienced Service Advisor to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry, be customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our service customers—ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, transparency, and a positive attitude.

- Greet customers and schedule service appointments
- Communicate clearly about repairs, services, and timelines
- Provide accurate repair estimates and gain customer approval
- Collaborate with technicians to manage vehicle workflow
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely service updates
- Maintain detailed and accurate service records
