Job Description
As a Registered Nurse in our Behavioral Health unit, you will provide compassionate and high-quality care to adults aged 18-98 facing various mental health challenges. Your role will involve assessing patient needs, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate patient behavior and response to treatment.
- Administer medications and provide group and individual therapy.
- Maintain patient records and documentation in the EHR system.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
