    • Your Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate agents to increase productivity
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent
  • Run growth strategies using proven systems and tracking
  • Manage a pipeline of buyer and seller opportunities focused on conversion
  • Drive performance through accountability, structure, and data
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to scale current and new locations

    • What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • Active Texas Real Estate License
  • Minimum three years of residential real estate sales experience
  • A performance-driven leader who loves developing people
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
  • Strong comfort with CRM platforms, dashboards, and tech tools
