The NDC Manager is responsible for performing detailed work requiring considerable judgement in supervising the technical and administrative operations of neighborhood donor center collections facility.

This role is great for those who will provide a positive and engaging experience with the donors and employees by making them feel welcomed and value. Building a rapport and relationships that will encourage employee’s great customer service and donors to return frequently.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and blood and / or blood components, as well as any other biohazard materials. Job duties involve an inherent potential for mucous membrane or skin contact with blood with a risk of exposure to Hepatitis and HIV.
