Implementation Operations Analyst

A company is looking for an Implementation Operations Analyst to support the development and maintenance of implementation processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Support the creation and delivery of the department roadmap by contributing data and coordinating with stakeholders

Maintain and update implementation processes for assigned lines of business

Generate and maintain reports for leadership review and deliver training sessions as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related area; or equivalent work experience required

2+ years of experience with continuous improvement, data analytics, documentation / training, implementation, or account management required

Knowledge of the healthcare industry required

Participation in and support of compliance program objectives

Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
