Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process payroll cycles and maintain payroll records for compliance
Coordinate onboarding processes and maintain employee profiles across HR systems
Support employee relations, benefits administration, and HR policy development
Required Qualifications
5-7+ years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience with California employment law and HRIS / payroll systems
Strong background in employee relations and resolving complex HR issues
Ability to work in a high-growth environment with shifting priorities
