The Laborer / Truck Driver is responsible for safely loading, unloading, and transporting materials using manual methods and forklifts. This role secures loads, follows all traffic laws, and works collaboratively within a team environment. The position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to take direction, and a clean driving record. While a CDL is not required, candidates must be able to pass a CDL-type physical and lift up to 35 lbs. Overtime availability is essential as the role will transition from 40 to 60 hours per week.

Location : 1250 N. Center Point Rd., Hiawatha, IA 52233

Wage Range : $22–$26 per hour, depending on experience

Hours : Position starts at 40 hours / week, moving to 60 hours / week. Must be available for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material manually and with forklift.
• Secure loads for safe transport.
• Understand and obey all traffic laws.
• Take direction well and work effectively in a team environment.
• Maintain good organizational skills.
