Shift Leader Full Time (Milford, MI)

Jersey Mikes Milford is hiring a Shift Leader to help manage daily store operations and lead our team. This role is perfect for someone with food service or retail experience who is ready for the next leadership step.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead team members during assigned shift
  • Train new employees and reinforce store standards
  • Maintain food quality, accuracy, and customer service
  • Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and organized
  • Assist with opening / closing responsibilities
  • Support the management team with daily tasks

    • Qualifications :

  • Experience in food service or retail preferred
  • Ability to lead by example with a positive attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
